Everyone knows about the basic Fix & Flip and Buy & Hold, we are going to discuss options you may not have considered. Some of the items to be discussed are Airbnb, Executive Leases, House Hacking, Tiny Houses, Shipping Container Houses, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s), Mobile Homes and others. First-Time Guests are welcome to the meeting for free. Others will need a RIG Membership or pay a per-meeting fee 0f $20.
