Maintenance Technician for immediate hire

Description

Duties: - To work as a part of a team to complete service requests within company specified time limits. -Turn apartment/Make Ready (resident move out and apartment make ready). -Perform and document preventative maintenance. -Assist with deferred maintenance, if necessary. -Identify and correct safety issues. -Assist residents with any maintenance requests. Requirements: -HVAC Certification required. -CPO certification required. -Experience in plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs required and must have general technical abilities. -Maintenance Vehicle will be provided and must have some tools and a valid driver's license. -Position requires emergency on call after hours or weekends (occasional) and is compensated by comp time. -40 hours/week. -References required. -PLEASE BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW, HIRE AND START. -Positive, Pleasant, neat and clean appearance and excellent attitude are very important.
