The Treats of Summer Are the Best! Enjoy Us for this Kid's Workshop to Make Ice Cream, Eat Watermelon + Then Create a Canvas Painting. SUMMER TREATS MAKE & PAINT Is there anything better than summer treats like ice cream and watermelon on a hot day?! Kids ages 6-12 are invited to join Artist Barb, owner of Limitless Art Design, to create colorful acrylic paintings on canvas that will be ready to hang on display. Each student will create (2) paintings to practice their artistic skills. Not only that, this class will be memorable and fun because attendees will also make ice cream and sample watermelon to enhance the experience of what they are painting. Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies. This class may get a bit messy, so it's suggested that students wear old clothing. Caregivers/Parents may either drop off or stick around to shop our over 100 local vendors. DATE: Wednesday, August 4th from 1-3 pm PRICE (all materials included): $35 includes art instruction and materials to create (2) painted canvas pieces, making ice cream and watermelon samples. All materials will be provided. ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Barb is the owner and creator of Limitless Art Design. Painting is just one of the mediums she uses when creating. She has experience teaching a variety of age groups and subjects over the years, but teaching art is her favorite. Barb’s favorite part of teaching is to watch the wonder on a person’s face as they create their own unique art pieces. She enjoys encouraging others to explore the possibilities. Her classes are encouraging and memorable! CANCELLATION POLICY: Curate Mercantile workshops are built around solopreneurs, makers and small business owners. We are committed to offering you an amazing and fun experience, so we need your help to make our community work. Most events must meet an established minimum set by the workshop host to move forward. If the minimum is not met 72 hours in advance of the event start time, the event will be automatically canceled and all registered guests will be refunded to their original form of payment. You will be notified if this occurs. We understand that things come up, which may cause you to change your plans. You may request a refund of your registration more than 7 days in advance of the workshop. We are unable to grant refunds less than 7 days in advance of the paid workshop.
