We are looking for a full time team grounds/maintenance worker for our 208 unit housing community. Must be willing to exceed expectations and have excellent attendance, a current Florida drivers license (in good standing) and able to pass a drug test. Excellent customer service skills are needed as you will be interacting with our residents.
Must be able to work 5 days a week (M-F).
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Basic handyman and general building cleaning/maintenance skills are required.
Landscaping skills including but not limited to operation of a zero turn mower, edger, trimmer, power washing, etc.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Ability to multi-task and have flexibility with work assignments as required.
