This class combines resistance training and cardio to re-strengthen the core, heal the effects of Diastasis Recti, and rebuild lean muscle.
This Postpartum Recovery Fitness Class is designed for all mothers that have received approval from their physician for physical exercise. Infants in strollers may accompany their mothers, but please refrain from bringing older children who require daycare.
Required equipment are circular resistance bands and a yoga mat. If forgotten, new mats and bands are available for purchase through Venmo. Sunscreen and hats are recommended as this is an outdoor boot camp. Additionally, don't forget your water!
Full refunds are available if cancelled at least 4 hours in advance. If cancelled within 4 hours of the event, only 50% of the ticket will be refunded.
COVID Safety Regulations:
Yoga Mats will be placed at least 6 feet apart, and masks are required for all attendees until safely on the mat. All attendees and staff members will have their temperatures taken and anyone with a temp over 100 degrees will be asked to leave and refunded 50% of the ticket price.
**Weather Permitting - in the even of inclement weather, all attendees will be contacted and fully refunded for the class.
