Join TruFusion Studio for our Outdoor Summer Yoga Series in partnership with Milo Residences and 9+CO Development. Class will be held on the Milo Rooftop Pool Deck! Please arrive 15 minutes early for class so that you can secure your spot and get settled for class. No late entry permitted. *RAIN OR SHINE* In the event of rain, class will be moved inside the TruFusion studio! Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the movements between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Build strength, freedom, and fluidity in your body and mind, while tuning in to your body’s rhythm.
