A free fitness series at The Track at Suffolk Downs
Join us for the first ever run club at The Track at Suffolk Downs. Meet us at the finish line every other Sunday morning for a guided run around the track led by live DJ and Run Instructor, Chris Cappozzi. Tune into our live streaming channel on SoundCloud and follow along as Chris pushes you through a 30-40 minute workout around the track to motivating music. Get ready to jog at a moderate pace, power walk, or sprint the straight aways for a fun and unique spin on the traditional free outdoor workout! All fitness levels are welcome and everyone can run at their own pace. Make sure to bring your phone, headphones, and water, sunscreen and swag will be provided!
