The students will have the opportunity to learn about financing a horse farm, the game of polo, and will have the ability to ride a horse. The Jamaur Law Foundation and Many Hats Institute will be hosting a FREE teen-targeted event to bring awareness to financial literacy. Our Host " Jamaur Law" Jamaur Law, recognized the integral role that financial illiteracy had in shaping communities and individuals mired in unsuccessful life outcomes. Financial illiteracy influences almost every facet of life including where an individual can reside, what resources they can afford, and an overall quality of life. In building this organization, Jamaur realized that promoting financial literacy, and subsequently financial freedom, would be a main driver to bringing impoverished communities and individuals back into prosperity. An educator by trade, and a graduate of Slippery Rock University, Jamaur is committed to bringing financial literacy education to at-risk communities throughout the DC region. Our Co-Host "Charlie Muldoon" Charlie Muldoon is one of the top polo pros in the United States. He has competed at the highest level of polo nationally and internationally: at the World Cup, the U.S. Open, the Geneva Open (Switzerland), the FIP World Championship (Chile) and the Camera de Deputados. He also has won the 1999 20-goal Texas Open, and the 2001 26-goal USPA Gold Cup. Charlie is an instrumental member of the Many Hats Institute. Charlie has organized numerous polo events to raise funds for MHI, and more importantly he has opened his farm for MHI kids to work with the horses.
