With a B.S. in finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, Richard has managed and owned his firm with offices in the Sacramento area since 1998, when he decided to become an independent financial planner held to the fiduciary standard. As a registered investment advisor, he is licensed to buy and sell market securities, but more than that, he specializes in holistic wealth building to help clients make better financial decisions by providing them with the tools, education materials, and allocation strategies they need. As a fiduciary held to the highest standards in the industry, he works alongside his son, Ryan, and the team at Capitol Planning Group to meet the individual needs of clients by providing unparalleled service in all the areas that can affect the outcome of your financial plan.
