Help with garage and lawn $20/hour

I am in need of a strong, reliable, self motivated, friendly person to help me with cleaning out the garage, moving boxes and some simple lawn care on Saturday, July 24th starting at 8 AM. Home is close to the Newkirk Plaza station on the B and Q train. Street parking is easy. Must wear clothes that can get dirty. $20 an hour for a minimum of 5 hours.
