Temporary: 3 months (WITH POTENTIAL FOR FULL-TIME HIRE/ UNION POSITION) Mon-Fri 3:30PM-11:30PM (40 hr/ week) $25/ hour (Job is on the books/ do not ask for cash) This is a porter position in a high-rise condo on the upper east side. You'd work with one other porter on the same shift. There’s also a handyman on duty during this time. The work consists of garbage and recycling disposal, monitoring and cleaning the lobby, laundry rooms, building exterior and other common areas and responding to any emergency situations that arise.
