New York high-end installation company is looking for a highly motivated individuals to serve on our team of installers. We are willing to train the right person so specific industry experience is not required. If you are good with power tools and precision installing, you can learn our business. We work with interior designers and install different products such as motorized roller shades, speakers, TV's, custom aluminum lineal, and a variety of other items. This is a full-time (+overtime) position, Monday-Friday. We are looking for a long term commitment to our company. Experience installing some type of interior product such as cabinets, closets, millwork, carpentry work, along with good knowledge of tools, is necessary. The ideal candidate will have the following skills or attributes: Attention to detail and cleanliness on the job Good customer service skills Good communication and able to work with others Ability to read/follow directions Able to read a tape measure Read, write and speak English Able to pass a background check Able to lift 50+ lbs. and carry work materials Responsible, clean, and presentable Drive a van to the job site - Work flexible hours (typically, between 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri) - Drivers License with reasonably clean record - Overtime can be expected in most weeks at time and a half, or 2x on Saturday. Partial health insurance coverage. Paid Holidays and Vacation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
