Tanesha Craig is the CEO and Founder of XtremeLife Fitness.  XL Fitness is a company that thrives off of impacting lives! Since its creation in August 2013, XL Fitness has been serving the Baton Rouge community and surrounding areas with providing personal training, nutritional advisement, consultation, free community workshops and classes, but most importantly bringing health and fitness awareness to the state of Louisiana!   Craig has had the opportunity to serve both female and male clients throughout her fitness career in the city of Baton Rouge and surrounding areas not only through provided fitness expertise, but also building my clients up, giving them the confidence that they once lost.
