Southold Bay Oysters will be at the Tasting House shucking Long Island's finest Southold Shindig Oysters from 1-5pm! In addition, local watercolor artist Melissa Hyatt will be showcasing her stunning nature watercolor prints and products. Oysters on the half shell available for purchase. No tickets required. We are a shellfish farm growing Southold Shindig Oysters in the waters of Southold Bay, on the North Fork of  Long Island, NY.
