Wine 101 Learn the basics of wine tasting, as we taste and discuss together 6 International wines. Tasty light bites (made with our VOM FASS products) will be served during the event. Vom Fass offers exclusive cask-aged vinegars,exquisite oils, select wines, spirits and liqueurs direct from the cask. We offer a variety of both public and private classes including the following: Cooking, Wine Cheese and Chocolates, Wine 101, Cocktail 101, Whiskey and Waffles and Oil and Vinegar 101. We also provide lunches, and catering for personal gatherings, weddings, and business events.
