Date: Wed, August 18th, 2021 Where: Cherry Hill Resort - Applewood Pavilion Activity Times: Swimming and Park Activities: 11am - 9pm Date:  Wednesday, August 18th, 2021 Where:  Cherry Hill Resort - Applewood Pavilion Activity Times:  Swimming and Park Activities:  11am - 9pm.                             Dinner (Buffet):  2pm - 5pm.                             Raffle Prizes (must be present to win):  Approximately 3:30pm - until finished. **Tickets must be picked up on August 18th at the Davis Hospital check-in table at the Applewood Pavilion from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM tickets will no longer be available for pick up. Employees, Spouse or One Guest, and Dependents living at home ages 18 and under are Free of charge. Individuals not included in this criteria will require discount guest passes to be purchased at Cherry Hill during the event. Guest Discount Prices: Guests ages 4 and up = $19.00                                          Guests ages 3 and Under = $2.00                                         You must RSVP by Midnight on August 16th in order to attend!!
