Join us for a free community healing event! We'll lead the group through breathwork & meditation followed by a sound bath. Come experience the magic of Sound Healing at this very special community Sound Bath Meditation on Thursday, July 29 at Lindsey Gardens in The Avenues in Salt Lake City. This event is FREE for the community & everyone is welcome. Donations are accepted but there is no obligation! We will be hosting the sound bath event on the east end of the park towards the cemetery by the stairs at the corner of 7th & N Street. The evening will include a Chakra Healing & Energy Clearing Mediation with Breathwork followed by a soothing Sound Bath of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Shamanic Drumming, Vocal Toning & more. You will leave feeling relaxed, realigned & re-calibrated to your own inner peace. Bring a blanket to get comfy, a chair, or a yoga mat if you have one.
