A fun and rewarding evening to help raise funds for the TOUCH/RCAH Food Recovery Program! Please join us for a fun and rewarding evening to raise funds for the TOUCH/Rockland Community Against Hunger Food Recovery Program! Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be followed by screening of the Wasted film and dessert with a twist! Chopped TV Chef/RCC Culinary Arts director Chef Chris Spezial will be making delicious bites from rescued food! Silent auction with X prizes! Co-sponsored by the RCC Hospitality and Culinary Arts program at their beautiful new downtown facility. Help us expand our food recovery program, where we turn unsold food from stores into a resource that feeds that community! We kept 350,000 lbs of food out of landfills in 2020, distributing it to local pantries that serve the food insecure of our community. This year we would like to do MORE but we need your help! Benefit Suggested Donation--$75 per person
