We are hiring Aeration and Seed Crew Members to start in August. This is a full-time position lasting through the rest of the green season, with the opportunity to return in the spring. This position is responsible for the aeration and seeding of residential and commercial customers. You will help maintain the Grassmaster Plus professional image through extensive training in safety, customer service and lawn maintenance. This is a great opportunity to learn about the lawn care industry and is a first step towards becoming a Technician. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Customer Service Engage with the customers Consistently evaluate the quality of services being provided to customers and develop/correct procedures to minimize customer complaints Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the materials and equipment used Uphold a friendly and professional attitude while handling customer issues immediately and following through until resolution has been made Service and Application Perform service application of seed and aeration services REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate Customer service experience is preferred but not required Must have effective verbal and written communication skills Able to lift 80 pounds Valid driver’s license with less than 4 points Willing to work in various weather conditions Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment
