Join fellow Salukis for a tailgate before SIU vs. K-State The SIU Alumni Association hosts a tailgate for alumni and Saluki fans prior to the SIU football game against the Kansas State Wildcats in Manhattan, KS. Tailgate begins at 4 p.m. Kickoff at 6 p.m. Enjoy a menu of fried chicken, pulled pork sandwiches, vegetable pasta salad, baked beans, and cookies. Soft drinks and water will be provided. A cash bar will also be available. Join fellow alumni, Association staff members, and university leaders to celebrate being a Saluki and cheer on the team.
