We are currently seeking a Ground Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining properties and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Trash Pick up (morning and before we leave) Checking common areas for any trash Checking building's hallways for any garbage Checking lights inside laundry rooms and hallway buildings (if they are out) Checking laundry rooms for any trash Sweep walkway of debris Trim shrubs and pull weeds Dumpster areas clean-up Parking lot painting lines Minor painting Snow Removal Deliver office letters to tenants Needs to notify office immediately for any problems noticed with respect to property appearance or safety issues Mandatory to be very polite with tenants Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Must have reliable transportation Must present photo id.
