Healthy Meals for the Fridge & Freezer! REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY JULY 30TH 10:00 AM Looking for healthy take home meals? Look no further than your Manhattan Hy-Vee! We are offering our popular Simple Fix Meal Prep Class in a 100% To-Go format for due to COVID-19. Meals are carefully and safely prepped by our nutrition team at Hy-Vee. We do all of the planning, shopping and clean-up, too! All you do is pick up your box of prepped meals at the meat department service case on the day of pick-ups. When you're ready to cook, prepare each meal with the instructions we have provided. It's as simple as that! PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: Pick-ups occur Wednesday from 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Please grab a cart and locate the Meat Department on the back wall of the store. Any employee behind the service case can assist you in grabbing your box! Please let the employee know: 1) You have a Simple Fix pick-up 2) Your First & Last name. Please ensure your box has your name on the front. Inside, you'll receive your meals along with your recipe booklet. What is Fresh & Light? Fresh and Light recipes are free of grains, (most)dairy, and processed sugar. Recipes will emphasize meat, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. This class is a good choice for those with common food intolerances or those looking to balance blood sugar and lose weight. Again, just communicate your needs ahead of time to Kristi! We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may not be able to attend an event you have purchased a ticket for. If that happens, we respectfully ask for tickets to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the event. Any tickets cancelled before the 24-hour deadline will be refunded in full in accordance with Eventbrite's cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window before the event cannot be refunded.
