A co-ed jiu jitsu seminar taught by April Parks and Katie Hooven. There will both gi and no gi instruction followed by live rolling. April Parks is an RCJ Machado Black Belt and multiple time world champion. Katie Hooven is a Garry Tonon Brown Belt. Get ready for excellent instruction with a fun atmosphere.
