West TX Performance Academy and Brentwood Field are hosting a rugby development camp for girls 10 to 18 years old. No experience necessary. Guest coach is Rugby Texas' Girl Commissioner, Lach Ferguson. Coach development opportunity to shadow the guest coach. Take lots of notes and be part of drills. A Referees Level 1 training will also be conducted and those newly trained referees will get an opportunity to test themselves during the scrimmage. Friday 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Optional player session for team building and fun games. Get a partner and score points in Beach Volleyball, Basketball, Karaoke, and Corn Hole. Coaches involved in the shadowing on Saturday will have a briefing at 8:00 pm Saturday 8:15 am - Registration 8:30 am - Warm Up 8:45 am to 11:30 am - Field Sessions 1 11:30 am to 1:00 pm - Lunch 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm - Field Session 2 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm - Break 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm - Touch Scrimmage 7:00 pm - Dinner Lunch and Dinner tickets are available (Lunch $5 and Dinner $10 per meal) Bring swim suites for a dip during lunch or after the scrimmage.
