Are you tired of feeling less than? Does every victory turn sour because of that nagging internal voice that undercuts everything you do? Are you never enough? Can you look in a mirror and honestly say "I love myself"?
Well, I am going to teach you how to dispense with our culture's shame cycle. I am going to share tips and tricks based on cognitive behavioral therapy and a historical understanding of the beauty industry's marketing of shame to women.
It's time to put the monster back in its box and reclaim your life, rediscover your dreams and desires, and remember how it feels to occupy your body and love it for merely existing. We will rediscover our inner child's joy for life. We will do self esteem building, a sound bath, breathing exercises, journaling, set our intentions for the coming month and year, share and heal persistent trauma, and support each other's healing from the past year's uncertainty. Join me and heal yourself.
In keeping with current health mandates all attendees and presenters will be masked. If you've attended previous circles, please bring your journals and a white shirt you don't mind drawing on.
