Silent Disco Yoga at Omni Louisville Join us for Silent Disco Yoga at Omni Louisville on Sunday August 8 at 11:00 a.m. YOGAST8 teacher Abica Dubay will be leading the flow while Dj Slim Thicc provides the beats. Each yogi will be provided with headphones. Practitioners will hear the sound of the music AND teacher through the headphones creating a journey into sound and an opportunity to participate in a one-of-a-kind yoga experience. After class shop our yogi vendors while you mingle with your fellow yogis! Mokara Spa will be onsite providing chair massages, spa specials and giveaways. Come celebrate our local community and YOGAST8.
