Signup to receive immunizations for back to school including the Covid-19 vaccine. University United Methodist Church is hosting an immunization clinic for students K-12th grade in the Worship Center/Gym on the North Campus. Please register for a time slot by clicking the green register button above. You will have the option to sign up for regular vaccinations in addition to the Covid-19 vaccine. Be sure to select the Covid-19 vaccine add-on and which vaccine you would like to receive when you register. Note the Covid-19 Vaccine is only available to those 12 years old and up.
