About this event Reiki 1- Student An introduction to Usui Reiki, you learn what Reiki Energy is and how to use it. You will be introduced to chakras and breath centered awareness that begins your meditation practice. You will receive your first attunement and will be taught how to practice with friends and family and on yourself with the daily meditation and hand positions Prana Reiki 2- Practitioner You will learn the Reiki symbols, be introduced to Prana and pranayama techniques. This level combines the wisdom of Ayurveda with its understanding of the root cause of all suffering and the tangible tools of Reiki symbols to facilitate deeply meditative and healing experience for the practitioner and client.You will learn about the 5 elements, the building blocks of creation and how the journey of healing mirrors our spiritual journey. We will discuss basic ways to keep the body healthy and mind pure and conducive for meditation This second level prepares you to be a Reiki Healer, giving treatments to others in a professional setting. You will also learn how to use crystals and pendulums to enhance the experience of healing for client. Also included is chakra meditation with beej mantras, support to start your practice at the Sanctuary to gain experience and mastery and an opportunity to join live meditation class m to f at 6:30 am to start a spiritual practice. The Sanctuary is a complete Holistic Wellness Center and Yoga studio. Our Yoga classes are semi-private, affordable and authentic. The ultimate goal of Yoga is to reach complete peacefulness of body and mind, helping you relax and manage stress and anxiety.
