Join Clear Creek Independent School District on August 5, 2021, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. for the CCISD Healthy Start 2021 Health and Wellness Fair.Open to the public, CCISD welcomes families to attend and access the following FREE services offered at the fair: Health and Dental ScreeningsChildhood VaccinationsAdult Covid-19 VaccinesInformation on Local Health and Wellness ResourcesPlease bring your children's immunization records and family insurance card IF insured.
