This session will focus on practicing observing our awareness which brings us peace and freedom in our lives. Understanding how we can actually guide our attention with tips and tricks to do this very effectively. Looking at the overlap between hypnosis, guided meditation, and mindfulness.
We will talk about developing a good meditation practice in your life as well as attitudes of mindfulness in how you think about yourself.
Fully vaccinated people only
We will be starting promptly at 11. Please arrive by 10:45.
The workshop goes until 12:45pm, afterwards you are invited to join us for a socializing picnic in Encinal Park, next door to the venue. Bring your own food and drinks for the social event.
The third and final event of our three part workshop mini series. You don't need to have attended previous workshops.
Each event in this series will be a transformational experience, complete within itself. Regular immersion and practice will bring joy and vibrancy to your life beyond what you currently imagine for yourself.
