This is always a fun class . We will be learning how to roll Maki and Uramaki. They are fun and easy (once you get the hang of it) You will be making 4 of your own sushi rolls. Then Sitting down to enjoy them. This class is for all ages, they are lots of fun to make. * We will be working with Sushi Grade (Tuna and Salmon) You will have your choices of veggies, Spicy Tuna,,avocados and lots of fillings. Finished off with Eel Sauce, Wasabi, Pickled Ginger, Toasted sesames.
