This is the page for vendors to sign up for the unified Elk Grove Family Day at the park. Welcome to the first Unified Elk Grove Family day at the park. This is an amazing collaboration between Masjid Al Tawheed, Masjid Annur, MAS Community and Youth Center and Al-Misbaah. This page will allow you to sign up as a vendor with the initial fees and you are responsible to pay the remaining fees if applicable. There will be two types of vendors. First type is food vendors and the criteria for a food vendor to be able to sell food will be that you must have a food truck or trailer with a valid food selling permit, must only sell Zabihah Halal Food, no alcohol or non Zabihah food will be permitted to sell. Food will not be allowed to sold besides this criteria. We have limited spots available for food vendors so if you fit the criteria then sign up ASAP. The second type of vendor will be a non food vendor. As long as your'e not selling food and the items or services you're providing are within acceptable Islamic culture, you'll have a booth at the event. You will need to have a valid business license on hand in order for you to be able sell your products/services. Attention all vendors; Food trucks and trailers will be in a specified area in the Pavilion Parking lot. Non food vendors and nonprofits will be allowed to set up tables on the grass upon first come first serve basis. When you select a location for your table, you will need to ask a staff member before setting up to ensure it's in a safe location for you and guests. The event will begin at 11:00 AM and you will have from 6:00 AM to set up. The event ends at 7:00 PM and you will need to clean up and vacate the parking lot/area by 8:30 PM. Please note that as the event organizer, we have the right to determine what services and products is against acceptable Islamic culture. Note that this a family event and we need your help to make this a memorable event for the community! The price breakdown per vendor type is as follows; Food Vendors; Initial fee of $250 and 10% of gross sales if you exceed $2500 in sales the day of the event. Non Food Vendors; Initial fee of $100 and 5% of gross sales if you exceed $1000 in sales the day of the event. Non profits; $25
