Description

In-depth training two-day training program covering the must-have skills for effective defensive/tactical pistol use. This two-day, 16-hour program provides a comprehensive overview and training curriculum for new shooters as well as those already familiar with the semi-automatic handgun. (The 3rd day 'NH Use of Force' training day is included in the tuition and may be scheduled at a later time. That curriculum is NOT included in this two-day range session .) Students are taken through a ‘basics of safety’ and handling refresher and then move into formal training on the nomenclature and features of the semi-automatic pistol, in addition to basic marksmanship and operational/tactical handling skills. This direct, hands-on training program aids in the development of the student’s skill-set for proper dry-fire and on-range live-fire training utilizing MSR (Motor Skill Reinforcement) exercises. In addition, this structured program introduces essential fundamentals that will assist the student in establishing a foundational level of technical and tactical proficiency with the semi-automatic pistol. PRESENTED BY: Critical Dynamics, Inc. TRAINING LEAD: Keith Hanson ---------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT STUDENTS HAVE SAID: "I have done numerous courses over my shooting career. This program was, without a doubt, the best block of instruction I have ever received. EVER." "The lead instructor's thorough knowledge of using a firearm and his ability to explain it to the students in an easily understandable way. Also, having three assistant instructors for 10 students allowed for individual attention when necessary. I felt this was a big help for me." "Establishing proper grip -- The instruction on this topic was the best I've ever had. No class I've ever taken covered like the instructor in this class did. The 'touchpoints' method he explained was the missing link for me." “For a new gun owner, both the classroom and the range training were very relevant and invaluable to me. My shooting accuracy and my confidence greatly increased over the two-day course as I learned more and more of their safe techniques for increasing shooting accuracy.” "The training was most helpful to me by correcting my technical faults. It helped me improve my accuracy and grouping. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their skills. Keith and his staff ran a tight ship, corrected problems as they arose, and made sure that everyone was safe. I have taken classes at Sig Academy, MFL, and other places and this is the best one yet." ---------------------------------------------------------------------- PREREQUISITES: At a minimum, students must be able to demonstrate their understanding of basic firearms safety and handling concepts.
