Paving/ road construction/ sewer line extension

Looking for someone in road construction/ paving and excavation for a smaller project in Post Falls. Hoping a company can fit us in between other projects this fall. Need extend a sewer line in the street aprox 200 from the main and add a manhole at the other end. Need to repave this road and adjacent alley. We, like everybody else are having trouble finding a company with time to do this or fit this in, but do not have time to wait until next year. We are hoping since it is not a huge job that maybe someone wants to take this on as a filler "on call" job if they have a break and are waiting on another project to start. Need bids asap.
