Join us in the last of three community workshops as we gather feedback and observations on the Albany parks and open space system. With the city of Albany reopening from COVID protocols, the third community workshop to update the Albany Parks, Recreation & Open Space Master Plan will be held outdoors and in-person at Memorial Park. This workshop will ask participants to evaluate and prioritize projects identified throughout the master plan process and collected over months of gathering community feedback. This workshop will be in an outdoor gallery format where community members will be tasked to prioritize projects based on their importance. Drop in when you can any time Saturday, August 14th between 12-4pm. Facilitators will be on site to assist and provide more information on the master plan process itself and any of the projects that are being considered for the master plan update. Although this is an outdoor session, we will continue to follow local and state orders regarding COVID-19 safety. Take our 2021 Albany Parks and Open Space User Survey.
