We hope that you will join us as we celebrate another year of Fargo-Moorhead Pride! Pride in the Park will be held on August 14th at Island Park in downtown Fargo from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM - rain or shine. Vendors may arrive to begin setting up the day of the event starting as early as 9:45 AM. Table assignments will be sent out prior to the event and your business, group, or organization's name will be displayed on the tables as well. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email and any additional specifics. If you have any immediate questions, please contact an us at [email protected]    VENDORS WHO REGISTER BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2021 Registration includes 1 vendor space with a 6ft table and bag for any trash. **All Vendors are asked to provide their own chairs as needed and must also furnish your own generator for power, if necessary. TO COMPLY WITH THE FARGO PARK DISTRICT ALL VENDORS MUST USE ONLY FREE STANDING SHADE OR VENDOR TENTS - NO GROUND STAKES - NO EXCEPTIONS. VENDORS WHO REGISTER AFTER AUGUST 1, 2021Registration includes 1 vendor space on a first come, first serve basis and will need to provide your own table. **All Vendors are asked to provide their own chairs as needed and must also furnish your own generator for power, if necessary. TO COMPLY WITH THE FARGO PARK DISTRICT ALL VENDORS MUST USE ONLY FREE STANDING SHADE OR VENDOR TENTS - NO GROUND STAKES - NO EXCEPTIONS. VENDORS WITH SALESNEW IN 2021: The Fargo Park District has changed their policy on selling goods during events and any vendors who intend to make sales during Pride in the Park will need to pay an additional $25 fee to Fargo Parks. This add-on can be purchased at the time of registration. You also may be responsible for collecting North Dakota Sales Tax on sales made at the event. Information and forms can be requested at http://www.nd.gov/tax/salesanduse/forms/. FOOD VENDORSYou must have all appropriate City and State licenses and strictly comply with the requirements of such license. In addition, all Vendors and Caterers selling beverages must abide by the Fargo Park District's beverage policy and serve Pepsi products. Reminder, you must furnish your own generator for power.  CANCELLATIONSF-M Pride is cautiously optimistic that we will celebrate this year in person. We will continue to assess the health and safety as we grow closer to F-M Pride week (Aug. 12-15). Should the safety of our community cause the cancellation of event(s); ticket and vendor fees will be refunded. Service fees are non-refundable. FM Pride unites and engages individuals and organizations to empower, educate and support the LGBTQ Community; and promotes a positive image in the Fargo-Moorhead area and throughout North Dakota through community activities and services that are open and inviting to everyone in the community, providing a safe environment in which individuals feel free to celebrate their relationships. Each year’s Pride celebrations draw attendees from throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, and stretching into Canada, as it claims it’s spot as one of the nation’s largest rural pride celebrations!
