concerning "adopted" kittens in Charlotte

we paid 200 dollars to adopt two kittens. we were told they were from the south and were UTD on shots, de-wormed, no fleas and no issues. none of that was true. after taking them to the vet, both have fleas, worms and the little one likely has leukemia. would have been better to know the truth from the "shelter helper" I see there are ads now for barn cats at same address...can't help but wonder if they are sick too and if these are from that litter. no returned calls or messages from the seller either. I call her a seller well, because that is what it feels like. im out 400 bucks so far and a kitten who will need extensive medical treatment. records given to us were not accurate. just wanting people to be aware
