Outside at the Library School Age Event You are invited to a Outside at the Library Event at East Regional Library for school age kids and their families. Character Ball! Dress up as your favorite book character at our Mad Hatter Dance Party. We will have music and dancing under the tent. Family Program. Our programs in August will be offered rain or shine, so incase of inclement weather we will move program inside and add a craft.
