Event to partner companies for teaming opportunities. This match-making event will provide detailed information on the Multi-Stadium and Private Mixed-Use Project to interested minority DBE firms, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and supply chain businesses. Participants will meet the President of GEM Community Development Group and President of Denark Construction, the selected construction management firm. This event is part of the Knoxville Area Urban League’s efforts to increase the pool of firms participating in this $200 million-dollar multi-year construction project and is open to disadvantaged, minority- and women-owned business enterprise (D/M/WBE) firms, as well as veteran-owned businesses. The owner’s representative and construction management team will discuss bid opportunities that will be available, the timeline for the project, and how the process will work.
