Join us in downtown Raleigh’s Smoky Hollow for a fun twist on the classic “Paint & Sip”! Live in Smoky Hollow!? Love downtown Raleigh!? Or maybe just need a creative night out?? Get ready!!!! Joy Worthy Co. is collaborating with Smoky Hollow to bring you new experiences every Thursday Night during our “Summer Series”! We are kicking this series off August 12th with an outdoor Fluid Painting Workshop & fun summer inspired cocktails! Lauren Stevens, acrylic artist & owner of Joy Worthy Co., will be on site teaching “Dirty Pour, Ribbon Pour, and Swirly Pour” methods. learn the techniques, tips and tricks of Acrylic Paint Pouring! All guests will get three 8x10 Canvases to create their unique pours on. No experience is necessary to come in and create your own beautiful paintings. In addition you will learn what colors work best together so you can avoid "muddied" results. Warning**Please read: Paint Pouring can be very addictive. You’ll have so much fun you will want to do it again & again! On my Way Bartending will be on site serving up handcrafted cocktails!!! Ernest owner of “On my way Bartending” has been practicing mixology for 15 years! On the menu? A special selection of cocktails created just for this summer series! Think mango mojitos, dragon fruit spritzers & pineapple Margaritas! 🍹 Ticket includes: ~All supplies to make 3 badass 8 x 10 canvas paintings ~Detailed painting instructions from Lauren Stevens, of Joy Worthy Co. ~One craft cocktail from “On my Way Bartending!” Paint Supplies include- premixed acrylic pouring paints in a large variety of colors -plastic cups- three 8×10 canvases - paint pans-apron & gloves *Please come dressed for mess. **Arrive about10-15 minutes prior to your workshop time to check-in, grab an apron & unwind with a drink!
