I scream, you scream, we all scream for... YOGA (and ice cream)! Join Hashtag Balance and Ampersand Ice Cream for the dreamiest + creamiest collab! As if a sunset flow in one of Fresno's most beloved neighborhoods wasn't enough, we'll all be able to picnic underneath the stars outside Fresno's favorite ice cream shop once the flow is over. Each yogi will be treated to a scoop of Ampersand ice cream, which will be scooping up an exclusive flavor just for us that night! The 60 minute session will be an all-levels flow, linking breath and movement through a series of postures. Wear comfortable clothing and BYOM (bring your own mat 😉) ... and an appetite for something sweet. This is the perfect way to nourish your mind and body for the new month! ABOUT CHRISTINE ROSE: Christine Rose is a yoga + Pilates instructor at Blue Moon Yoga, who also leads special events offering yoga throughout the Central Valley + virtually. Having a consistent yoga practice has helped her transform her life in so many ways so she says it brings her joy to be able to help others along in their journeys virtually and irl. When she isn't on her mat, you can find her cuddling with her two pups, Sir Duke and Duchess Shenehneh, skateboarding or snacking (sometimes all three at the same time).
