What to Expect: Throughout history, communities and groups of people have gathered in circles to empower each other and share wisdom. Circles are safe spaces for all to be seen, heard and understood without judgement. The focus is healing, empowerment, forgiveness, validation and support. The circle will focus on healing, intimacy exercises and recognizing our past traumas. In this space, we encourage honesty, vulnerability and openness. This is a place for those who want to meet themselves and others on a deep, spiritual level. We will be diving deep, looking inside ourselves and claiming what we desire from our lives going forward. When left to their own devices, our traumas manifest themselves in the physical body as disease, pain, fear, anxiety and panic. The hope is to help identify those traumas, loosen up spiritual blockages and create helpful coping mechanisms with the support and love of a community. Vulnerability is essential. Ugly cries are celebrated. You are supported. What to Wear: Come just as you beautifully are, there are no expectations of you in this circle. A loving suggestion - light colored flowing clothing, comfortable pants or leggings. Shoes will be off in the circle so wear cozy socks if desired. The majority of the afternoon we will be sitting on the floor - Yoga bolsters + blankets available to use if needed for added comfort . What to Bring: Reusable (non plastic) water bottle, journal, meditation cushion, yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything you'd like to make yourself more comfortable while sitting in the circle. An open mind, an open heart. ALL ARE WELCOME. However you identify. Come as you are. Doors will open at 1:30pm and the circle begins promptly at 2:00pm. Snacks and tea will be provided at the end of the circle with time to mingle and connect. This is a digitally detoxing space -- phones are not invited in the circle. A photographer will be present to capture images so you can remain present. A link with all the photos will be shared with you via email for you to enjoy. Spaces limited. Temperatures check upon entry. Sanitation and masks provided.
