Learn about Reiki energy healing in this intro class specifically for teens ages 14-18, with Danielle Mai and Cybele Lerman, Reiki Masters. Join us for this in-person Reiki 1 training just for teens, ages 14-18, offered by Danielle Mai and Cybele Lerman, Reiki Masters. Reiki can help bring your energy back into balance, and begin to understand your true nature. It can also help you let go of negative energy that doesn’t serve you, increase your vibration and assist with overcoming feelings of anxiety, depression, and overall stress. In this Teen Reiki 1 training, you’ll receive a strong foundation that includes learning about: The science of energy and how Reiki worksThe 7 major chakras (energy centers)Reiki principles to help you find more balance and peace4 attunements (activations) to help release energy and become a clear channel for ReikiTechniques and meditations to help you connect to ReikiTechniques for self-treatments and practicing on othersGrounding and protecting your energy systemAdditional uses such as Reiki for plants, animals, childrenA printed manual to take homeA printed certificate of completionThis class will take place in a private, peaceful space near downtown Walnut Creek. We'll have a 1-hour lunch break from 2 to 3pm, as well as small breaks throughout the day. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, or you can bring a lunch with you. Coffee, tea, water and light snacks will be provided. Registration is $222. Tuition can also be transferred to another person if they have fulfilled any applicable prerequisites, (ie. Reiki 1/Reiki 2 for the following level). Transfers and rescheduling to a future class date are permitted up until 7 days before class date. Cancellations or transfers with less than 7 days notice will be charged an $80 fee.
