ATHENS REIA - Next Meeting in Person! Come on out. Meeting for the Athens Real Estate Investor AssocCome on back! We are meeting again. What are we about at these meetings and what's in it for you?  This a great place for experienced investors and beginners to connect, learn, and move one more step to becoming an expert. We look forward to seeing you at Thursday's meeting! Spotlight: Chad Brown, Tax Shelter and Owner of numerous companies in the past and present.  Chad Brown has extensive knowledge on the recent tax changes that will effect your future wallet. This is a must attend event for any entrepreneur and certainly for real estate investors. An Accounting Alum of the University of Georgia, Chad has spent the last 20 plus years furthering his education and specializing in income tax and financial consulting. He focuses on tax planning for business owners and real estate professionals and has extensive experience in business startup, business growth, and business valuation. Over the last 20 years Chad has started, owned, and operated several successful companies in the Athens area. Chad currently owns 7 companies, has several residential and commercial rental properties, and is the founder of The Stronger Business Summit held each year in Athens, GA. Chad’s newest venture is a Serial CFO brand offering consulting, content, and a financial app to help small business owners financially manage their business. When Chad is not in the office, he enjoys visiting Charleston, boating/fishing, and talking business. Meeting is upstairs at the International Grill and Bar. The food is great but is not required for attendance. And like the title of the restaurant says, they have a full bar. This is the same location where we met previously when it was Caboritas Mexican restaurant.
