Welcome to the Lion Family! Now that you have completed Orientation, you will take the next step in getting prepared for your first day! The Prepare for Success Seminars are designed to equip you, as a new Southeastern student, with the tools and resources you need to have a successful first year. At The Prepare for Success Seminars, you will: -Receive Your Southeastern Parking tag (2021-2022) -Pick-Up Rental Textbooks for your classes -Meet your SE 101 Advisor, fellow students, faculty and staff -The opportunity to complete the "Lion Crawl" Passport, which will serve as your first assignment in your SE 101 course! -Explore our Student Organizations and Fraternities and Sororities and "Get Engaged!" during our Organization Browse -Take a ride on one of our cool "Lion Traxx" Shuttles and Learn to navigate campus -Register for a Meal Plan, complete your Financial Aid (if needed) or visit the University Housing Office  -Learn more about our "Welcome to the Pride 2021" events and activities! -Receive your commemorative "Class of 2025" Centennial Class T-Shirt  to wear on your first day of classes!  STEPS ON HOW TO REGISTER: When registering for a Prepare for Success Seminar, please select (1) date and (1) time to complete a seminar session. There is limited seating per session, so register today! 3 Steps to SUCCESS as LION: On the day of your Seminar, there will be Three Checkpoints to complete! Checkpoint 1 Registration and an Interactive Presentation. We will review the "New Lion" To-Do List (Location: University Center, room 133) Checkpoint 2 Complete your FIRST Southeastern 101 assignment, by using your passport on the "Lion Crawl" in the Union and other areas of our beautiful campus! Checkpoint 3 Get ENGAGED at our Student Organization Browse in the REC Student Activity Center. Show your completed "Lion Crawl" passport to receive a Commemorative "Class of 2025" T-Shirt, and Enter a Drawing fa prize! You must complete ALL THREE Checkpoints at your seminar to receive full credit for attending. To receive your Southeastern 101 assignment credit, you will need to bring your completed passport to your first SE 101 class.
