High energy and audience driven, playing blues and funk. On Thursday, August 12 at 6:30 pm the Monique & the Motley Blues returns to Dangberg Historic Park Monique DeHaviland and the band have been performing originals and five decades of cover music geared to make audiences move from the minute the music begins. The band was founded in 2012 and members come from the surrounding Reno-Tahoe area. Concert tickets are $20 and only a limited number of tickets are available so advance purchase is recommended. Members of the non-profit Friends of Dangberg can purchase discounted tickets and should contact the park directly to make arrangements. Youth 16 and younger enter for free when accompanying a ticketed adult. Please bring your own seating and no pets allowed - service animals only. Guests are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy as no food or beverages will be sold at these events. All events are held outdoors. Gate opens at 5:30 pm.
