This is a Two Day Event - 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. each day. As a fire service professional in today's fire service, you must possess “Courage Under Fire” and continuously aspire to be the best you can be. The saying, “If I only knew then what I know now” is the focus of this session. Leadership & Teamwork does not start at the top – they both start at the firehouse!   Current topics affecting the fire service, events that have occurred to the fire service (good and not-so-good), as well as personal lessons learned (some the hard way), will be shared and discussed in a positive and productive manner. Attendees, regardless of rank or type of department they serve at, will leave with numerous tips for leadership success! Registration closes at 5pm on Friday, August, 27, 2021
