Amanda is a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor. She completed her training with Lucia Seglie from Arhanta Yoga. As a Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Amanda safely guides pregnant women through their journey of pregnancy and prepares them physically, mentally and emotionally for childbirth.
