Are you familiar with trauma? Do you know what it looks like? Do you know how to heal from it?
On august 14th from 10a-4pm we will be Empowering the Women of Wyandotte County by discussing the topic of trauma, how it shows up in our lives and tools on how to heal from it. This is safe place to open about the experiences we have had with trauma and how it has affected our lives.
This is an all-day event with food, door prizes, recognizing paths to healing, networking and resources. Come and join us along with other women of the community who are looking to take their lives back after trauma, learn how not to perpetuate the same trauma onto others and support one another while doing so.
