Mindfulness is a practice that involves being fully engaged in whatever is going on around you. Our wonderful mediation instructor here at Prima Elements will guide us throught a Mindfulness and Self Worth meditation class.
Class starts at 7pm sharp so please arrive a few minutes early, pick a pillow or mat and relax.
